Witnessing Without Fear
"Witnessing without Fear" workshops equip Christians to share their faith effectively. The core of the training is a three-minute "Gospel Presentation" using interactive learning techniques like hand motions, making it easy to memorize and retain regardless of literacy levels. These workshops are conducted in local languages and address diverse social and cultural contexts. Three types of workshops are offered: Leadership Training Workshops (LTW), Church-Based Workshops (CBW), and Teacher Training Workshops (TTW).
LTWs train pastors and lay leaders to conduct CBWs in their own churches. Participants learn the "Gospel Presentation," the use of "Operation Andrew Cards" (for listing and praying for non-believers), and how to use the "Leadership Workshop Teacher’s Manual" to organize and conduct CBWs. Successful LTW graduates are mentored and can become certified CBW teachers. CBWs are conducted in local churches, focusing on equipping members for personal evangelism. Participants practice sharing the Gospel and use "Operation Andrew Cards" to identify individuals to pray for and witness to. CBWs emphasize ongoing witness as a lifestyle, not a one-time event. Culturally relevant gospel tracts reinforce the presentation.
TTWs train selected leaders to become workshop teachers, expanding the ministry's reach. Applicants must have completed CBW and LTW, demonstrated a commitment to training their own church, and assisted Equip India staff. Successful TTW graduates are certified as Workshop Teachers and can independently train others, multiplying the impact of the program. The program emphasizes follow-up and reporting to ensure accountability and continued growth.
